Key Responsibilities:

  • Create impactful 3D renderings and visualizations for contracted projects based on the clients’ requirements.
  • Positive work attitude, committed and able to deliver assigned tasks on time.
  • Able to produce rendered imagery that effectively communicates design intent to client
  • Senior candidates to demonstrate experience and interest in mentoring and developing junior artists.

Skills/ Job Requirements:

From our potential employee we expect practical experience in programming in the following categories:

  • Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in 3DS Max, Blender, Unreal Engine
  • Knowledge of Nuke, After Effects, SketchUp, Vray will be an advantage.
  • Ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings and concepts, has the interest to explore new methods of visualizing technology.
  • Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, independent and willing to take multi task challenge.

  • Understanding of 2D and 3D animation principles
  • Strong math, analytical and interpersonal skills as well as great attention to detail

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

  • To bring in new and to maintain healthy business relationship with the existing clients to achieve the targeted business volume to the company
  • Seeks and follows leads to acquire new business for the company, make cold calls for new business leads and visits potential customers to prospect for new business;
  • Follow up with business opportunities & setting up meeting with existing & new clients
  • To prospect, approach, meet and present our credentials to our potential clients in a confident manner
  • To actively participate in all the stages of the awarded projects to ensure the expectations from clients are met.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Prepare proposal, quotation, presentation, negotiates contract terms with clients and successfully closes sales;
  • Responsible for marketing communication & social networks
  • Designs and delivers presentations highlighting the products and services of the company;
  • Perform after-sale services, gathers feedback from client and the market, and provide feedback to the company.

  • Plan and implement overall digital marketing strategy

  • Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the management team to develop optimization plans

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities:

Fulfilling a variety of tasks through management of the end to end workflow encompassing:

  • Plan & manage multiple projects concurrently whilst ensuring project brief is delivered on time
  • Effectively manage client inquiries and maintain good communication & relationship with clients and consultants to deliver high quality results
  • Collaborate & brainstorm with in-house artists, software engineers, copywriters, sound engineers and talents to produce realistic 3D perspectives, animation walkthroughs and mobile applications
  • Reports to Directors & COO & Head of 3D
  • Ensure smooth communication of project information to the client and project team

Skills/ Job Requirements:

  • Experience as project coordinator and be able to work in fast paced environment
  • Interest in architecture, technology and creative multimedia
  • A good eye for the aesthetics and details
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking customers
  • Good communications skills. Ability to coordinate with architects, landscape planner, interior designer, agency and client
  • Resourceful & creative with positive working attitude (confident, friendly, calm under pressure)
  • Candidates with Architectural, Interior Design or Project Management background will be an advantage
